Agreed except for the comments about the "threats posed by climate change." I know someone is not thinking well about this topic when they present it one-sidedly as a threat. What about the reduction in deaths from cold -- which far outweigh heat-related deaths? What about increasing agricultural productivity? What about increased availability of land in previously too-cold places? The threats are wildly exaggerated. Even the biased IPCC finds little detectable signal of problems by 2100. The Summary for Policy Makers does not accurately represent the IPCC's science, and the popular media's messages further exaggerate.

The author could skip the nonscience about CO2 being ` evil , given that it's what he's made out of , as all LIFE has been for > 2,000,000,000 years , and our 4th molecule % 10k of air is spectacularly GREENING the planet and contributing to the continuing record agricultural yields while having an indistinguishable effect on temperature .
