Will the anchor price of a dozen aggs for the wager be adjusted for inflation? ;-)

Eggs at Walmart $8.32 a dozen? Here in England, at Waitrose (our posh supermarket chain) eggs are £1.40 for a half-dozen - and those are free-range from a specified breed. That's $3.64 for a dozen. At the farm gate they'd be $2.60. The USDA has a lot to answer for.
